Todd Engle, CMI Certified Master Inspector (CMI)® The owner and lead inspector has resided in the tri-state area almost his entire life. Todd has purchased, and renovated 25 homes, lived in 16 homes & has been involved with the personal building process of four homes. Todd has been involved in over 12,000 real estate transactions with over 10,000 inspections and is an active volunteer who makes financial donations to local charities & monthly donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Todd and his daughter have a book that can be found on Amazon and all proceeds go to Lasoupe Kitchen in Cincinnati

As a graduate of the Inspection Institute #3113 in 2005 and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors #14060413, Todd is also a Certified Master Inspector® & licensed inspector by the State of Ohio. Todd resides in Miami Twp OH with his wife and two children.
